Small Snail for id
Would anyone like to venture an id for this wee fellow? It was crawling on coastal rocks, but I don't recognise it as a marine snail. Thanks, Becky

Morning Becky.

Looks like its the Pfeiffer's Amber Snail (Oxyloma elegans) you have there.

Succinea putris (by the looks, this one is not found on Islay) can also look similar to O. elegans, so dissection is occasionally needed to seperate the two.
