First one is Syritta pipiens (swollen hind femora with a red dot is distinctive). Not sure about the other one

That second one seems to be a bit of an oddity. I can't think of anything which has both orange and silver spots like that.
My first thought would be for an oddly marked Platycheirus albimanus but that is just a wild guess. |

The second is a female Platycheirus rosarum. Platycheirus
