| | | Another Bumble Bee ID please?
Saw this little guy on our sedum in the garden yesterday. Any ideas what he could be? I've never seen a bee as white as this before.

I'd say a well faded Bombus pascuorum, I have some which have lost nearly all their colour now.

Thanks lots for that. Googling as we speak. That's a lot of colour to lose huh? Looks like we all go grey with age then, even the poor bees

Yep gerri, not only do they fade, they also go bald. That one is so far lucky!
