| | | Grasshopper question This was taken on 1st August and is cropped. When I studied the image it appears it is partly green (mainly hidden) and partly brown (nearest the camera). Is there anything unusual perhaps its still developing. |

| | | Re: Grasshopper question It's fully mature (fully winged rather than wingbuds) + appears a fairly typically coloured Common Green Grasshopper, though bear in mind many species can be very variable in colour. |
