Im a newbie here, can anyone help with an ID on this fly, am I right in thinking its a greenbottle, Neomyia cornicina? 
Is this a greenbottle too?

The first isn't Neomyia cornicina, that's Muscidae although the wing venation can confuse. Check out the bristles on the thorax.
Both look like Calliphoridae, of which there are several similar species which are difficult to separate. Have a look at some here.

I accidently put the photos the wrong way round,
I have only been studying bugs for a few weeks now, I didnt realize that they would be so hard to identify!!
