Smile mystery insect
evening Wabbers,
Just wondering if anyone knows what this pair of busy insects are? They flew onto the dead flower head of a tall, [don''t know the species] plant at the bottom of our garden.

They look like male Lasioglossum calceatum. I've seen them resting on dead flowers for camouflage while they clean themselves.
