Ichneumon wasp???
Rather stumped on this one, trying to help ID it but haven't come across it myself...



Does anyone have a name for this beautiful chap?

Welcome Panda. I think this is a fly rather than Ichneumon, try the Diptera website Diptera.info - News, a few more details about where it was found i.e. location and habitat may help one of the experts when they come along.
