Another one has me stumped, either I'm seeing lots of different species or there's a good deal of variation in these things! I should really get a book

PS- the sound they make is like a constant electric buzz. Some people can hear it, some can't.

This one has an electric song. One note, long, often sung from quite tall/dense vegetation. The OH describes it as like the noise from power lines.

Yeah I was able to listen to it for a while, I see what you mean with the sound. There were several in habitat you describe, long grass, and some brambles
