Dragonfly ID please

Took some time off from decorating for a cuppa in the back garden (London). There were a few dragonflies about, but they never settled.

This one, smaller than the others, settled long enough for me to get a few photos. I know nothing about dragonflies but looked at a few websites and I think it is a common darter. Grateful if someone can confirm, or put me right.

Male Common darter, big green panels on the side of thorax and white stripe along the legs. Great photo's too.

Thanks for the comments on the photos too, but they are more luck than anything else. I was surprised how close I could get to it.
