I believe Sarcophagidae - a so-called Satellite Fly, in the region of Metopia.

Take care, Jason | I would have called this fly a Flesh Fly, an annoying little jasper that lands on bare ankles and "bites" them in the autumn.

Is this one and the same? | Flesh fly is Sarcophagidae, but it's not Metopia.
Take a look at one the same which I had.
