Ground beetle for ID

At this photo I can't decide between Harpalus rufipes and Harpalus griseus.

I'm not cdonvinced of either: the pronotum looks too shiny to me. Furthermore, Harpalus griseus has only been reliably identified in England a few times. What length was this?

I took a close look at it, for many minutes. I compared it with beetles of my collection and with a few pics in the net to make sure if I really see, what I see, so it is no fantasy. I guess the border of the pronotum is not in line (H. griseus), but emarginate (can you say so?). So I'm nearly sure it is the common Harpalus rufipes and the very yellow legs I only know of H. griseus, are an effect of overexposure.
