The first is as you say - Sarcophagidae. It's probably a Sarcophaga sp., and being female couldn't be identified either photographically or with a specimen (I think).

That Clearwing was a beauty! Unfortunately it was far into the bushes, I'll be popping back next week for hopefully a closer shot!
