It's an immature male based on
(1) the long appendages at the end of the abdomen
(2) the lack of a vulvar scale which should be obvious at the photographic angle
(3) the lack of black dashes all along the side of the abdomen - there are just a couple towards the end of the abdomen.
Here's a good pic of a female taken by glsammy which shows the female appendages / vulvar scale and the black dashes.
