Nice find Kevin- I've never seen these distinctive beetles around London. Infact I've only seen them in the UK in the Highlands where I found a handful when I was there a couple of years back. |

Very nice find. NBN doesn't show any of these for London and I'm not sure there can be many if any existant records. Certainly worth contacting Mandy at GiGL with news of this.
Yet another reason for me to get down there!

This will be the new arrival Trichius rosaceus rather than T. fasciatus given the location - excellent find |
