Try the Spider Subforum. Might be someone in there who'll know. I'm a novice myself so no not brave enough to try!

Under a brick sounds a likely place for Amaurobius but they aren't a family that I'm personally acquainted with and there are three to chose from; so as Wilippa said, it might be worth asking again where the spider experts are lurking.
