Arrow Bee on Ragwort for ID
I'm really stumped on this one. Pretty certain it's a male. Feeding on ragwort in my garden today. About 8-10mm long. Seemed not to close it's wings when feeding - very fast. Predominantly black abdomen with thin white stripes and distinctively pointed. Wing veins can be seen on photos. 3 submarginal cells (Andrena sp?).

Any ideas gratefully received. Many thanks. Jane

Andrena male, possibly A.flavipes.
