2. Episyrphus balteatus
3. Eristalis sp.
4. maybe Melanostoma scalare

I'm tempted to think that the bee may be one of the Leafcutters - Megachile sp..
Agree with John about the others. The Eristalis seems like E. tenax but I can't see enough to be totally certain. |

I would agree #3 is an Eristalis sp, possibly either E.similis, or, more likely, E.tenax.  |
