ghost bugs

hi, seen about my mums house are alot of little tiny bugs
they are about 2 mm in size, med brown, look like a beetle but are very delicate, when you gentely roll you finger over one theres virtuly nothing to them, they collapse into dust
no blood or bone, almost moth like in dustyness

there have been alot of small dusty moths about 5 mm around for a long time too

what do you think the beetle like (looks only) are?
