Guessing this might be Eupeodes corollae but doesn't look quite right ?

Eupeodes corollae
The yellow on the 3rd segment often does touch like this in males, sometimes its just a solid bar of yellow. |

Hi Brian,
The shapes are typical for a male Eupeodes corollae, but they are variable.
