ID Help please. Fly
My first thoughts were Honey Bee, but it only has one pair of wings. It's got me stumped.

That looks like a Honey bee to me too, I think they join their front pair of large wings to the smaller back pair to form what looks like 1 pair of wings.

I'm not an expert though so best wait for a confirm on this.

Afternoon Tim, and welcome to WAB!

Well done on the wing-check and observation of an apparent pair. As Anzu says, it's a Honeybee - there's a series of small hooks that join the hind-wings (smaller pair) to the fore-wings (the main ones you see) - so in fact two-pairs.
