| | | Shiny Metalic Beetle Please could you help me identify this georgeous creature. It is sitting on water mint.
At least it was sitting still to be photographed, but all around were grass hopping creatures, one of which was of a opalescence milky blue/green colour, approx 18mm long and too fast for me to capture on film. Can anyone identify? |

| | | Re: Shiny Metalic Beetle I don't think it does have a common name tho other wabbers might know more about that than me! It was the pic in the Gallery that caught my eye so I'm afraid I haven't seen your first post - I was in hospital all last week so only spending short bursts on here at the min (now how I wish I had a lap top ) and could wab in bed!!! I'm sure one of the experts will be along soon and answer all your questions!

I can't see your first post but I wonder from your description whether the grasshopping critter is Cicadella viridis? |
