tiny fly for id please
Hi,

This tiny fly was seen on Hemlock. For scale, the individual Hemlock flowers are about 2-3mm across. Any ideas on an id for the fly?

It should be Pachygaster atra male. The female has orange antennae, in P. leachii they both have orange antennae but don't have the top part of the wing darkened. It looks darkened but isn't showing well.
