bright red, very small butterfly/moth

Hi all, can someone tell me what type of butterfly we are seeing in the Bristol area lately? I have never seen one before, it is quite small and bright red - it may have very thin black edging to the wings, we have seen four or five over the last few weeks and are intriqued as to the species. I think it's probably not a butterfly, but in fact the Cinnabar moth that you're seeing. Check out some pictures of that.

yes I was thinking it could be a cinnabar moth. They are daytime flying moths, so are often confused with butterflies.
