Could this beetle be a Spanish Fly?
I saw his beetle with irridescent green elyta on a scabious in Oxfordshire (on 26 June). I would appreciate any expert help in identifying it. Could it be a Spanish Fly (Lytta spp.)?

The photo is a bit small but I would suggest a female Oedemera nobilis.

Thanks to you both. I now have a camera with a 30x zoom, so any future pictures should be clearer.
