Bees at England cricket match!

I was at the England v Sri Lanka T20 cricket match in Bristol last Saturday and was struck by the amount of bumble bees that were flying around!

There were quite a few in the food area behind one of the stands and during the match I saw a bee every few minutes for the duration, flying around investigating people as they sat and watched the game.

I'd say they were predominantly male (due to size) and I think they had white tails.

Just thought it was interesting!

Hehe yeah and the fact that I was so easily distracted by the bees is testament to the quality of the England performance that day!
