I have been told this is a Blue-tailed Damselfly.
Could someone tell me what form it is.
I can't find a photo on the internet with such a S8 or thorax.
Is it violacea?
Sorry for the poor photo. My telephoto is rather hit and miss on small subjects.

Looks like a female Common Blue Damselfly. |

Agree, it's a female Common Blue (with one antehumeral visible  ). |
