Yes, it's the Longhorn Beetle Rutpela maculata (was Strangalia - change of genus).

An attractive pale form rather than the usual yellow and black. Interesting to see it on a pale flower, too.

I saw a couple of these today (my first of the year)- often sat on umbels.
