What's this?
I found this tiny (2-3 mm) winged insect under a shell in a pot. The only insects that resembles it in my Chinery guide are Psocids. Is it one of them?

Yes it's a cute little barkfly, looks like Ectopsocus.

Evening Africa,

Yes - an Ectopsocus species, to be exact. You need a much closer view of the marginal wing 'smudges' to decide between E. petersi and briggsi.
