Unidentified flies
Can anyone help with ID of these beautiful flies please which I saw on the isle of Islay. Thanks.

2nd one is a Hover fly not sure of the 1st.

Afternoon LNHT,

The first is a Rhagionid - Snipe Fly. The second is a Hoverfly of the Sericomyia genus.

2 is Serocomyia lappona.
