North American Bush Cricket for ID

Can anyone please help with this ID. The image was taken by a friend living in California and I thought someone here might be able to help.

I can't help with the ID, if you find you can't get it ID'd on here you could try Wild About The World:

I don't know if there is anything else that can be confused with the one you have, but it looks like the nymph of Scudderia furcata.
