With clear wings but a dark stigma it rather looks like a choice between R. lineola and R. notatus. And the dark femora would suggest the latter.

Also, R. notatus is quite a bit larger with wing length of 9 to 11 mm against 6-7 mm for R. lineola.

But R. notatus seems to be rather localised and mostly, although not entirely, a northern species.

However, I have no personal knowledge of this species and I'm just quoting from the book.
