Unidentified Bug or Larvae
Hi Folks
Can anyone please tell me what this is...i found it in a bucket of water in my garden. it might have fallen off a nearby branch i'm not sure.
Also there is a roundish water-dwelling larva to the right of it...can someone identify this too.

looks a bit like orchesella cincta, but i'm sure someone will be along for a more confident ID.

Yes to Orchesella, and the thing nearby is a mosquito pupa.
