Golden Beatle for ID please

I saw this at work today and was amazed at the golden colour it appears to have. I have never seen this before and have tried to google it with no success. I live in the south east if this helps. Sorry about the poor picture

Could've been a Cockchafer, but a photo would help

As said try and resize and upload.

I have googled the cockchafer and I think you may be right it does look very similar in size and shape however the colour is more red in the images whereas the one I saw is a very vivid gold colour. I will upload a picture as soon as I can. Thanks for your help so far
