Afternoon Su, and welcome to WAB!

It's a Therevid species, a Stilleto Fly. For a reliable identification you'd need a specimen - some species need to be confirmed via genitalia.

...just to clarify - I mean for a reliable identification of species-level, it's still a Stilleto Fly whichever it is.
