Certainly a speckled bush-cricket nymph.
Was this local? If so I'd send a message to Roy Frost the Notts & Derby's Orthoptera recorder. These have only recently been recorded in the county. I have a feeling that Rich ard has seen one.
Trevor Pendleton's site gives an overview: Quote: |
The Speckled Bush Cricket is now known from four sites in Notts, but is probably under-recorded
| Excellent find,

Excellent find,
Posch | This was spotted by Les (Nettlerunner) while we were out with John (Fungi John) on a foray at Daneshill Nature reserve, Nottinghamshire.
