Not seen any Common Green but then haven't gone out of my way to look. Am going to Staines tomorrow, will try and see what species I get there.
Nige | Richmond Park does have a good population of Common Green as well as Meadow, Field, Lesser Marsh + in areas of fine acid grassland some Stripe-winged + Mottled Grasshoppers, though I struggled a bit to find latter species last time I took a group there. Wimbledon Common probably better for Mottled.
Short-winged Coneheads around some of the ponds, Long-winged + Roesel's Bush-crickets are abundant, Speckled + both Oak BC species are also present. |
