Probably worng, but it may (no pun intended) be Yellow May - Heptagenia sulphurea

Good shout but the yellow may dun has blue eyes.

I think it may be a male imago of the pale evening dun. I'm not 100% sure but I can't see any hindwings which limits it to 3 species one of which is the pale evening dun (Procloeon Bifidum).

The other two species (lake olive and pond olive) are generally darker.
