Hi folks, we`ve been working on this one a while now & are no closer in IDing him. We think he`s a safly but cant find him.
Any help much appreciated

Yes, correct. It looks a little like a species from the Nematinae sub-family, which are usually tricky.

Some Tenthredopsis can be that colourful, and with that bi-coloured stigma...
