Marked wing fly for ID
I came across this little fly on my cherry trunk yesterday. It displayed for the camera, carrying its wings vertically and flicking them up and down.

I don't find many records in the NBN gateway, is it worth reporting. I've got 3 records since 2006.

It's fairly common, most species are under represented on that site.
