Hi, just found this website following the discovery that Bumble bees are starting to colonise part of our house - nothing too serious but there's a gap below a ground floor window which now seems to be their front door!
Presumably they've set up home in the wall cavity which we are going to have filled with insulating foam (?) before the start of next winter.
Just wondering if anyone has any advice. Obviously we don't want to harm them but I'm slightly concerned about stings (which I know are very rare) because of our new born baby.
Any advice or reassurance would be welcome.
Thanks,
Helen
