| | | Various unidentified insects from Priory Water I am virtually useless when it comes to Identifying most insects as I really don't know them so I hope there are a few experts out there that can help me identify the following.
Unidentified Lacewing?
Unidentified Sawfly?
I think these are all fly's (except possibly this first one).

Can't recall having seen you in here before! Anyway, I'll look up the Lacewing if I get time - not sure it's photo-do'able. The third is some bee, could be a female Mining-bee species, though I'd prefer another view to rule out others.
Take care, Jason |

| | | Re: Various unidentified insects from Priory Water Hi Jason
You probably haven't seen me in here before as I have no knowledge of these type of insects so only rarely would I photograph one.
Due to the cold & blowy weather conditions this weekend I found myself photographing almost anything that moved.

I've just tried using the key on the lacewing, but can't get anywhere with it...perhaps others can see detail that i can't.

I'm pretty sure that one of the group at Priory Water yesterday (Wild Woman) suggested this species but I had forgotten the name by the time I had got back home.
