To my very limited knowledge of those. It doesn't look right for one of the Myrmosa, so I wonder about a wingless Ichneumon?
Such as Mutillidae or Tiphiidae families.
With these, often only one sex is wingless.
And then I think there are some wingless Gall Wasps, Cynipidae.
Do you have an indication of size?
But I suspect this is going to be one for the experts. |

| | | Re: is this a wasp? Yes it is a wingless wasp, Gelis sp. are the usual ones but I think there are more. You might get a species if you post on the HYMIS forum.

Ticks every box for Gelis (Ichneumonidae), but not sure you'll get much further photographically.
