tree insect for id
Not sure what this bug is. It was either on White Poplar or Apple Tree. Any help appreciated.

It's a nymph of the leafhopper Idiocerus sp. - a tricky group, and you'll need an adult to get much further. It will have been on the poplar rather than the apple tree.
