Hi I was wondering if anyone had recent dealings with bioquip ( Home) I placed an order with them for a moth trap last month and despite them taking the money out of my account I still have not recieved delivery. I have emailed them several times with no response and can't reach them by phone, just keeps cutting to answer machine. I feel I may have been conned and wondering if anyone has any info regarding this company? |

Hi
I also have problems with Bioquip. I placed an order on 14th July for a moth lure and my account was charged on 20th July. I've since heard nothing. I've tried to phone them directly which just goes through to voice mail. Emails now bounce back with the following message "Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server. PaulHill@biota.co.uk"
Have you received your moth trap yet?

My husband also had trouble with them last year, although he did eventually get what he had ordered, from memory it took about 2 months in total. He managed to eventually track them down by phone, after about 3 tries, but he hasn't got the phone number anymore.
The email message you're getting sounds like the one hubby got, which is when he started trying to contact by phone.
Hope you get it sorted soon.

Would seem unusual for a business that (from the link you gave) as well as e-mail, gives a postal address and telephone number: -
