A expert will help better but they are notoriously difficult to ID further

Someone will probably be able to get it to the next identifiable level for you.

The Ichneumon Wasp is probably from the Amomalinae sub-family - but couldn't go further reliably with only a photo, I don't think.
They require specimens/microscopes, real morphological knowledge of them and ID literature is hard to obtain.
