I'd been out cutting the lawns. Came back in, and noticed this on the floor... I guess it had come in with me, but I'm not sure.
Please could someone tell me what it is?

That is one for the 'caterpillar specialists'.
There are several similar caterpillar species amongst the Geometridae family of moths; but I would sooner leave the actual decision to a real expert. |

Thank you - I would edit the title to say "Caterpillar?" but I'm not sure if there's a way to do that... |

No, that sort of edit isn't available to we mere mortals. 
It might be worth posting again in the Caterpillar/Larvae section. Unless some kindly expert sees this.
I could hazard a guess but would prefer to leave this to someone who has more experience. |
