#2 Scathophagidae, Scathophaga stercoraria
#3 Lauxaniidae
#4 Anthomyiidae
#5 Heleomyzidae looks like Suillia sp.

Any particular views you may need for further ids (i.e, wing veination, facial shots?). Thanks for the ids so far by the way

You need very close shots of the leg and thorax bristles with some, also a good view of the face/antennae with others and often wing venation too. They can't all be done but some of the more common ones can if the vital bits can be seen. For each fly there can be different requirements.
