Have absolutely no idea what this is, I thought a moth at first, then maybe some sort of lacewing thing???

Yes, Nige, my first thought was one of the 'Snake Flies' but on closer inspection I wonder if it might be one of the 'Grass Moths'. I think the family might be Pyralidae but there are several other alternatives along these lines.

One for the moth experts to consider I think. And even 'moth' is something of a guess for me.
