| | | 2 unusual (for me ) flies for ID compact roundish body, proportionally large eyes, and wing shape all seemed unusual
this one i thought unusual purely because of the olive-ish colour but with white stripes on the head and abdomen (no flash used but not discounting trick of the light)

| | | Re: 2 unusual (for me ) flies for ID tried to delete the post as i think i found both. top one female Phasia Hemiptera and the olive one, from what i can gather, can only be narrowed down to Eumerous sp.
