Bug for identification
Taken today in a quarry site Northamptonshire. Closest I could get to in my book was a Ground bug, Lygaeus sp.

certainly Corizus - an interesting species which has started to appear inland in recent years. Could you pm me the record details (date, location) for the shieldbug recording scheme please?
